A MONTHLY ONLINE GATHERING TO PAUSE, PRACTICE, AND RECONNECT WITH YOURSELF IN COMMUNITY.
By Tanvi Kanani
Stories have always helped us make sense of who we are. They carry memories, offer perspective, and often reveal parts of ourselves that words alone cannot.
In this month's Self-Work Saturday, Tanvi Kanani invites us to explore storytelling as a gentle practice of meaning-making and healing. Together, we'll sit with timeless stories, reflect on what they awaken within us, and discover how stories can help us reconnect with ourselves, one another, and the world around us.
Whether you simply love listening to stories or are curious about their role in healing and self-discovery, this session offers a quiet space to pause, reflect, and listen with openness.
Join us online on 18th July 2026,
from 11:00 a.m. - 12:15 p.m.
