About the Guide -
Sameer P is a development sector professional and a psychotherapist. He works with both children and adults, and has experience with diverse populations, marginalised communities, as well as people with disabilities. He takes an eclectic, depth-oriented and trauma-focused approach to therapy, depending on the unique needs of the client. He integrates spiritual tools, mindfulness, inner child and shadow work, and somatic practices as part of his practice. Above all, he prioritises genuine care, compassion and warmth for the client.
