Elena shares how birth imprints subtly shape what feels familiar, meaningful, or safe, often guiding our loves, life roles, and vocations without conscious awareness. By bringing awareness to our birth story, we open the possibility of choosing love, work, and service from clarity rather than unconscious repetition.

With decades of research, teaching, and facilitation across cultures, Elena has worked with parents, therapists, educators, and birth professionals to understand how our earliest experiences shape our emotional patterns, relationships, and sense of purpose.
