About the Guide -
Myra Lewin is an Ayurveda practitioner and Master Yogini with more than 100,000 hours of teaching experience in Ayurveda and Yoga, spanning 30+ years of practice. In 1999 Myra founded Hale Pule School of Ayurveda and Yoga, a revered center for holistic healing and education, as well as a sattvic community for sharing and learning. Today Myra mentors thousands of students blossoming as Ayurveda counselors and advisors. She oversees the team of illness-recovery counselors at Hale Pule and guides clients 1:1 through health consultations and energetic healings.
Hale Pule’s foundational program, Agni Therapy, distills the principles of Ayurveda and Yoga into simple terms and practices, allowing anyone to bring wellness, balance, and vitality into modern living.
Myra is the host of the longstanding podcast “Everyday Ayurveda and Yoga” and the author of several acclaimed books on Ayurveda and eating including “Freedom in your Relationship with Food” and “Simple Ayurvedic Recipes.”
