Instructor: Reena Ginwala - NVC Facilitator & TrainerLanguage: English
In this session, we draw from the wisdom of Kabir, the 15th-century mystic and weaver-poet of India. Through his simple yet profound couplets and metaphors, we find guidance for confused minds and tired hearts. Reflective practices invite us to reconnect with five essential qualities called the Panchamrit that nourishes our divine life in human form.
About the Guide -
Reena Ginwala is a Nonviolent Communication Practitioner, who draws her inspiration from Kabir Baani, Process Work, Experiential Education, Buddhist Psychology, Vipassana, J Krishnamurti’s understanding of the Mind, and Appreciative Inquiry.
Over last 20 years she has engaged with schools, parents, teachers and individuals dreaming of alternate realities to ‘be the change’ in our world. The multiple engagements and deep inquiry into our human endeavours resulted in her creating the Kabir Saamagri,
Vivekananda Saamagri board game and Ahimsa Saamagri set of cards to unlearn and uncondition our minds and hearts.
She has raised 3 daughters to be fearless in their approach to life to walk on their own path with vulnerability as strength as they use their passion in Art, Cultural History, Psychology and Healing, Veterinary Practices and Sustainable way of Living. She has engaged with
individuals and groups internationally and within India. Her work supports and facilitates deeper inquiry into our fears and limiting beliefs that compromise our capacity to show up as wholesome human beings! She herself identifies as a ‘Swa-Path-Gami’; living fearlessly the principle – ‘As I walk, the path unfolds’.
