About the course

Organizational Constellation is a systemic approach that brings awareness to the unseen dynamics shaping teams, institutions, and workplaces. In this introductory session and conversation, Revatti guides participants into understanding how individuals and organizations are part of larger systems, and how hidden patterns related to belonging, roles, leadership, and purpose influence the way we work and relate. Through this exploration, participants are invited to reflect on their own place within these systems, gain clarity on where they stand, and begin to sense more aligned, grounded ways of contributing to the world of work and beyond.

About the Guide - 

With over 23 years of experience in people development, including leadership roles in Human Resources and over seven years as a therapist, she works extensively with Family, Structural, and Organizational Constellations. Her approach is solution oriented and supports individuals and organizations in releasing past patterns and creating aligned, meaningful change.

She blends Family Constellations with complementary modalities such as Sound Therapy, Yoga, Reiki, and Hypnotherapy, while continuing her learning as a student of the Bert Hellinger School in Germany. Drawing on her strong corporate background, she also works with career and organizational themes, inviting people to reconnect with balance, clarity, and well being.
