Instructor: Sonia Mackwani - Founder, Touching Lives & Self-Work FestivalLanguage: English
In this session, Sonia shares how the Self-Work approach emerged from her lived experiences and intuitive channeling, shaped by seva, sadhana, and conscious practice. She introduces five core premises that organically shaped her vision of self-work as a process-oriented, evolving path, offering a metaphysical understanding of human life and its deep interconnectedness.
With a gentle introduction to the nature of the mind, the session invites participants to begin self-work as a living, reflective practice rooted in awareness, service, and inner alignment.
