Ancestral Healing: Meeting Our Ancestors, Guides and Lineage Stories To Heal Deeply

Instructor: Sonia Mackwani - Founder, Touching Lives & Self-Work FestivalLanguage: English

About the course

Ancestral Healing is a reflective journey into our lineage stories, inviting us to turn toward our ancestors and inner guides with presence and care. Through simple guided reflections and exercises, participants are supported to offer gratitude, forgiveness, and acknowledgment to those who came before us, allowing inherited burdens, unspoken grief, and unconscious loyalties to soften and release.

By engaging with ancestral roots, this work gently reshapes how we show up in our lives and in our work. It can ease inner conflicts, deepen our sense of belonging, and open space for new ways of relating, choosing, and creating - freeing energy to move forward with greater ease, trust, and continuity across generations.
