Do you remember the first experiences as an activist, or a social change maker, or a responsible citizen? Where was the energy coming from ... was it frustration, embarrassment, anger, guilt, shame? How has the journey been? What are some patterns, barriers, hurdles and what part does guilt play in that?
How does Self Work support breakthroughs and energetic flow? Let us explore Nonviolent Communication to support our continued, wholesome engagement as we manifest transformation within and around in our personal and public lives. If we see it as a lifelong journey, let us find ways to rejuvenate, regenerate and reinvent ourselves.
About the Guide -
Reena Ginwala is a Nonviolent Communication Practitioner, who draws her inspiration from Kabir Baani, Process Work, Experiential Education, Buddhist Psychology, Vipassana, JKrishnamurti’s understanding of the Mind, and Appreciative Inquiry.
Over last 20 years she has engaged with schools, parents, teachers and individuals dreaming of alternate realities to ‘be the change’ in our world. The multiple engagements and deep inquiry into our human endeavours resulted in her creating the Kabir Saamagri,
Vivekananda Saamagri board game and Ahimsa Saamagri set of cards to unlearn and uncondition our minds and hearts.
She has raised 3 daughters to be fearless in their approach to life to walk on their own path with vulnerability as strength as they use their passion in Art, Cultural History, Psychology and Healing, Veterinary Practices and Sustainable way of Living. She has engaged with individuals and groups internationally and within India. Her work supports and facilitates deeper inquiry into our fears and limiting beliefs that compromise our capacity to show up as
wholesome human beings!
She herself identifies as a ‘Swa-Path-Gami’; living fearlessly the principle – ‘As I walk, the path unfolds’.
She lives in Dharamshala, Himachal Pradesh, India and has shared her work in various contexts in Traditional, Alternate and Rural contexts in India and abroad.
