About the course

The calls we hear in the social sector to show up to the multi-layered crisis are urgent, important and are continuously getting louder! Add to it the speed and scale of change and many of us may be caught in cycles; Our attention is drawn constantly to what feels heavy and challenging, to deadlines and meeting agendas, to the nonstop flow of information and updates. We see how this impacts us- our bodies, our relationships and our systems suffer. We are left feeling simultaneously deeply exhausted, full, and yet, not nourished.

What if play could support us to show up? To our longings, purpose and work, to the communities we serve, with care to offer ourselves AND the world? What if we gave ourselves permission to play?

We invite you to co-create an experiential field with us where we will use the tools of InterPlay. We will practice finding ease or an easy focus. We will practice noticing the good and affirming it and we will practice getting information (and anything else) out of us, emptying our container so to speak. Together we can explore ways to strengthen and sustain the spirit of play in our lives, to invite more creativity, connection and choice in how we show up.
