Instructor: Tanvi Kanani - Therapist & EducatorLanguage: English
Emotional Freedom Technique is a simple practice that works with the body and mind to release emotional heaviness, stress, and inner blocks. In this session, we will use guided tapping, reflection, and presence to support regulation, grounding, and emotional ease. Participants are welcome to bring one feeling, situation, or pattern they wish to work with.
This space recognises the emotional labour that often goes with social and community work. The intention is to offer care, awareness, and a moment of rest. The session is meant to be supportive and self reflective, allowing each participant to engage at their own pace and capacity. It will be thus an experiential space for grounding, self care, and emotional resilience.
