Priyanka Garg is the founder and heart of Shwaas. At Shwaas, the work goes beyond traditional yoga, weaving conscious breathing, mindful movement, sound bath and expressive arts into transformative practices that heal and empower.

With over decade of dedicated practice, Priyanka brings a unique fusion of ancient yogic wisdom and creative expression to her teachings. Her journey began in fashion design and professional dance with Shiamak Davar, but life's challenges led her to yoga - where she discovered the healing power of breath.

Trained in Advanced Yoga, Pre & Postnatal Yoga, Yoga for Cancer Patients, Sound Healing, Mudras, Pranayama, and Expressive Arts (certified by Swahansa), Priyanka draws deeply from the Bhagavad Gita and Yoga Sutras. She has touched the lives of 10,000+ individuals worldwide - from corporates and NGOs to women, children, and celebrities - and serves as Indian Director for Women's Health at CINS (Canada India Networking System).
